DaCoTA (Road safety Data Collection, Transfer and Analysis) The purpose of the European 7th framework project DaCoTA is to make road safety data and knowledge and methods for data collection and processing available to policy makers and other stakeholders in Europe. Methods that have been developed in previous projects are used as much as possible.
Danish Road Safety and Transport Agency (Færdselsstyrelsen) (DK) Denmark’s Road Safety and Transport Agency is an independent administrative body within the Danish Ministry of Transport. The agency’s areas of responsibility are principally: -to enforce Danish legislation regarding commercial transport. - to promote environmentally-friendly road transport.
Danish Road Safety Council (Rådet for Større Færdselssikkerhed) (DK) The Danish Road Safety Council is a private association of authorities and national organisations in Denmark. The number of member organisations is currently 42. The Council has existed since 1935. The Council works to increase public road safety through information and traffic education. We aim for the public to gain knowledge and understanding of the aspects of road safety. The Council works to sustain road safe conduct by means of campaigns, consulting and the production of instruction materials.

Direkcija Republike Slovenije za ceste (SI) The Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Roads is a body within the Ministry of Transport. It undertakes: professional-technical, developmental, organisational and administrative tasks relating to the construction, maintenance and protection of main and regional roads as well as some expressways; tasks relating to transport in road freight and passenger traffic; and vehicle type approval.

DRUID The Integrated Project DRUID (Driving under the Influence of Drugs, Alcohol and Medicines) deals with the scourge of drink-driving and is going to find answers to questions concerning the use of drugs or medicines that affect people’s ability to drive safely. The aim is to gain new insights to the real degree of impairment caused by psychoactive drugs and their actual impact on road safety.
DTU Transport (Denmark) (DK) DTU Transport is a Danish sector research institute with expertise in many aspects of transport research, e.g. safety, environment and economy. The website contains all DTU's publications.
DVR - Deutscher Verkehrssicherheitsrat (DE) The task of the association is to promote measures to improve the safety of all road users. Its focus is on issues of traffic engineering, road safety education and information, traffic law and enforcement. The association coordinates the various activities of its members, develops programs and continually adjusts these to new requirements and scientific knowledge.
