It identified and assessed the main technical and non-technical issues facing EU-wide implementation, information that could contribute to future decision-making by the European Commission and the Member States.
Expertisecentrum voor internationaal Onderzoek en Innovatie (EiOI) Since 1983, EiOI (before EG-Liaison/EGL) shows the way within the complex fields of European subsidies. It is free and independent. The project advisors of EiOI provide information, advice, courses, and training. In addition, EiOI helps in the search for (research) partners.
